Deborah Santiago, vice president for policy and research, will release Latino College Completion: Pennsylvania, the second state fact sheet released under the Excelencia initiative, Ensuring America's Future (EAF) by Increasing Latino College Completion.

The release occurrs in conjunction with EAF partner, Project GRAD, as they host their door-to-door event, Project GRAD Walk for Success.
