Currently few communities demonstrate the willingness to take risks and make systemic changes in education on behalf of Latino students. ENLACE-New Mexico is a powerful example of a community and state willing to change to ensure all of their students, especially (but not exclusively) Latino students, are well educated and have the opportunity to attain high levels of academic achievement.
