Sarita Brown, President of Excelencia in Education, will speak at the release of Diplomas Count 2012 in Washington, D.C. The This release is hosted by Education Week. This year, the 7th edition of the report places a spotlight on the experiences of Latino students, the nation's largest-and also fastest-growing-minority group, accounting for one in every five public school students.
Diplomas Count will feature the EPE Research Center's latest comprehensive analysis of high school graduation rates for the nation, the states, and every school district in the country, as well as a special profile of Latino outcomes.
