We recognize that to meet the country’s college completion goals and thereby enrich American society requires significantly increasing the numbers of Latinos with college degrees.

We will collaborate to improve public policy and institutional practice to increase Latino student success to meet our country’s college completion goals.

We commit to work intentionally, using data, to identify and implement what we can do immediately as independent organizations and in cooperation with others to chart a policy roadmap to guide and inform action.

We will measure and track both Latino college completion and the impact of our efforts on an annual basis.
