Excelencia in Education released "Latino College Completion: Pennsylvania" during an event at McCaskey East High School in Lancaster, Pennsylvania on May 21, 2011.

Part of the Roadmap for Ensuring America's Future (EAF) this was the second state in an ongoing series of research-based fact sheets assessing Latino college completion within all 50 states and Puerto Rico. Active partners in Pennsylvania included the Pennsylvania State Systems of Higher Education and Project GRAD USA.
