Marie Therese Dominguez is the Commissioner of the New York State Department of Transportation. In her previous position as Chief Strategy and Operations Officer at the YWCA USA, Marie Therese worked to establish the strategic vision and manage operations of YWCA USA and its network of 210 local associations serving 2.2 million women and girls in 46 states and the District of Columbia.

She has held leadership positions in addressing transportation, water and energy infrastructure, safety, and logistics and has held senior leadership positions at the U.S. Department of Transportation, Defense, the United States Postal Service and the White House. Ms. Dominguez serves as a Member of the Virginia Aviation Board and, until recently, was an adjunct professor at Georgetown’s McCourt School of Public Policy.
